All wagering services accessible through the Partner Platform are provided exclusively by Game Play Network, Inc. ("GPN"), a licensed advance deposit wagering ("ADW") operator and the sole wagering operator of record. Such wagering services are offered only in jurisdictions where wagering is lawful and permitted under GPN's licenses. The Partner Platform provides a customer-facing interface through which users may access GPN's wagering services. LoneStar Bet does not operate wagering services, accept wagers, hold player funds, or make wagering, settlement, or payout decisions. All wagering activity conducted through the Partner Platform is offered by GPN and is subject to these Terms, the GPN Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations.
GPN retains sole responsibility for all wagering-related operations, including account creation and management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming controls, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the Partner Platform to place wagers, you acknowledge and agree that GPN is the wagering operator of record, that all wagers are placed with GPN, and that LoneStar Bet is not a wagering operator. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the GPN Terms of Use, the GPN Terms of Use shall govern.
